Ms. Emery is responsible for both tenant and landlord representation involving strategic planning for a tenant’s initial entry into the U.S. market and the expansion of its existing brand. She is also responsible for the re-use and renewal of urban properties.
Ms. Emery’s career began at the South Street Seaport Museum during the country’s bi-centennial. She was part of the museum’s team to revitalize the Seaport. Her real estate work ranges from the Upper West Side of Manhattan to the Centre Commercial at the Tour Montparnasse in Paris.
The Real Estate Board of New York honored Ms. Emery with its “2007 Deal of the Year” award for the deal that most benefits Manhattan for placing Hermes at 15 Broad Street. She was also named a “Woman of Influence” by Real Estate New York.
Ms. Emery is a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Committee of Shopping Centers. She is also on the Retail Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York.
