Eric Lassoff serves as a Managing Director at MHP Real Estate Services.
Over the course of his seventeen-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. Lassoff has completed hundreds of transactions of all sizes. Much of his focus has been on the Midtown South market which is currently the most competitive market in the country.
As a tenant representative, he has worked with advertising agencies, architects, diamond tenants, educational institutions, garment companies, gymnasiums, music and post-production houses, not-for-profits, office suite companies, psychology practices, and TAMI companies among others.
On the landlord side, Mr. Lassoff has represented Owners such as Extell Development Company, Gray Block, Noam Corporation, Muss Development, The Rosen Group (now Koeppel Rosen) and Thor Properties.
Mr. Lassoff is most proud of placing the Ferrari showroom at 410 Park Avenue.
Prior to joining MHP Real Estate Services, Mr. Lassoff was a Managing Director for eleven years at Colliers International formerly GVA Williams, and started his career at Insignia/ESG, now CBRE.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Lassoff worked in advertising and film production.
Mr. Lassoff is a graduate of Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications with a B.S. in communications and a dual minor in advertising and marketing. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
