Mark began his real estate career at J.I. Sopher where he was active in residential sales. From there, after a decade at Harper-Lawrence, Inc. Mr. Furst joined Colliers ABR which became Cassidy Turley and then DTZ
Mr. Furst specializes in tenant and landlord representation, where he utilizes his real estate experience to provide strategic opportunities and solutions for his clients based upon their specific needs. Mr. Furst has been very active in the Midtown South submarket, representing various clients in the technology, music, digital and advertising fields. He has a thorough understanding of his clients’ real estate goals and ensures that they are achieved in a cost-effective manner. Mark is the landlord representative for the buildings located at 45 West 21st Street, 210 West 29th Street, 32 East 31st Street and 56 West 45th Street.
