Pamela Title serves as Senior Managing Director of MHP Real Estate Services. Since joining MHP in 2002, she has negotiated leases for corporate, not-for-profit, medical, and government entities as well as her specialty, entertainment-related clients. She has also been a consultant for numerous non-profit and educational institutions including School of Visual Arts and CUNY in restructuring their real estate portfolios. Further illustrations of Pamela’s extensive client representation include ASPCA, Manhattan Theatre Club, Granada Group, CBS, Women in Need, Sotheby’s, Magno Sound, P. Diddy, Technicolor, Beth Israel, Philip Baloun Designs, AMDA, International Wine Center, Lark Theatre, Man Made Music and Le Poisson Rouge. Ms. Title is the leasing agent for 516-530 West 25th Street.
Prior to joining MHP, Pamela was with Williams GVA (Colliers) for ten years and Newmark Real Estate for six years. While at Williams, Pamela played an integral part in consummating numerous important transactions including the sale of the CBS Building at 49 East 52nd Street and the leasing of 40,000 square feet to The Image Group at 401 Seventh Avenue. She had also served as a leasing director for 321 West 44th Street and 810 Seventh Avenue.
While at Newmark, Pamela was the on-site leasing director for three million square feet at Brooklyn’s Fulton Landing. She was instrumental in concluding back office and storage facilities for prestigious tenants such as Simpson Thacher and Bartlett and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
Pamela appeared on CBS TV’s Market Watch in July of 2000 as an expert on telecommunications trends and the emerging Harlem office market. She is President of the Veterans Bedside Network for whom she has been an active volunteer for over thirty years and she is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
