During his twelve-year career in commercial real estate, Warren has helped many tenants find efficient, cost effective space. Warren counts tech companies, art galleries, restaurants, professional service firms and hair salons as members of his growing list of clientele.
Clients appreciate Warren’s tireless work ethic, his sharp attention to detail, his analytical approach and his penchant for always having his tenant’s best interest in mind.
Warren has a Marine Engineering license, an enormous asset for a commercial real estate broker. His mechanical savvy helped a hair salon find space that had enough water access for them to get the maximum number of sinks in their efficient floor plan. Warren’s skill set assisted a gym by suggesting they turn two small private restrooms into two full locker rooms with everything from stalls to showers. He’s kept restaurant owners from making costly mistakes by suggesting that tenants pass on space that might fit most requirements but might also break the capital budget in order to turn a space into what the owner would like.
Warren is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and lives in Manhattan with his wife.
