KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Canvassing & space showings
Conduct space surveys
Arrange space showings/tours
Client & prospect relationship management
Transaction due diligence
Prepare financial analysis
Coordinate business development efforts
Develop tenant target list for exclusive owned/managed agencies
Work closely with senior associate and team members on pipeline reporting
Collect and maintain data on TIM and completed transactions for comp database
Update status of exclusive listings info periodically on all listing services
Participate/attend industry conferences, broker and networking events
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Real Estate, Business or Finance/Economics
Valid New York Real Estate Salesperson’s license
Knowledge of the New York real estate market
Prior internship experience in a commercial real estate firm a plus
Functional understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Familiarity with CoStar/LoopNet, PropertyShark and other CRE listing services
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to self-start, take direction and multi-task
