JOSEPH N. GIANNOLA
Joseph Giannola joined MHP in 2008. As Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management, Mr. Giannola is responsible for underwriting acquisitions and all aspects of assets under management including financial and lease analysis, lease negotiations, re-positioning, due diligence, JV agreements and partnerships, as well as oversight of management personnel located within the portfolio.
During his tenure at MHP, he has been involved in the acquisition, managing, leasing and disposition of approximately 7.2 million square feet of commercial office real estate, totaling approximately $4.2 billion in transaction volume.
Prior to his tenure at MHP, Mr. Giannola was a member of the investment banking divisions of JP Morgan Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co.
Mr. Giannola received his Masters of Business Administration from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and graduated cum laude from the College of Business Administration at Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
